【Color Change Description】After sterilization, if the chemical indicator on the label of the test pack changes from yellow to grayish black, it indicates that the test pack has been exposed to saturated steam. Qualified: The pattern on the test chart changes from the original yellow to a uniform grayish black or black, i.e., the color of the central part and the edge part is consistent, and the B-D test is qualified, indicating that the air discharge is thorough, the sterilizer works well without leakage, and can be used normally.
Unqualified: The pattern on the test chart does not change color or does not change color thoroughly, B-D test unqualified, indicating that the air discharge is not thorough or there is leakage, the sterilizer is faulty, and it must be checked and repaired before it can be used.
【Scope of Use】For testing the air removal and steam penetration performance of pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizers operating at 134℃ for 3.5 minutes.
【Usage Method】
The test pack can be directly placed at the exhaust port of the sterilizer, close the cabinet door, and carry out 134℃, 3.5min sterilization test treatment. When finished, open the cabinet door, open the test pack, take out the test chart, and observe the test results.
【Precautions】
1. The test chart should not be exposed to acid, alkali, or moisture (relative humidity should be less than 50%) when stored and used.
2. Store in a cool place, away from ultraviolet rays, fluorescent lights, and direct sunlight.
3. The test should be carried out in an empty pot before the first sterilization of the day.
4. This product cannot be used as a means of monitoring the effectiveness of steam sterilization.
