【Product Principle】
The principle of the seal test paper is to judge whether the peel strength of the paper-plastic packaging bag meets the requirements based on the visual sense before and after the seal. The black printed area of the seal test paper is evenly distributed with clear white dots. If the color of the seal area becomes darker, and the white dots/black dots are clearly and evenly distributed after sealing, it indicates that the film of the paper-plastic packaging bag is firmly bonded to the seal test paper, achieving the seal strength: if there is no change in the color of the seal area or the white dots/black dots are not clearly and evenly distributed, it indicates that the film of the paper-plastic packaging bag is not completely bonded to the seal test paper.

It is used to detect the sealing performance of the medical seal machine on the Kaitao brand sterilization packaging materials and the Kaitao brand low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization packaging bags.
【Usage】
The temperature, pressure, and sealing speed of the sealing equipment have a significant impact on the sealing strength of the paper-plastic packaging bag. It is recommended to set the sealing temperature to 180~200°C, sealing pressure (see the seal machine), and sealing speed to 10m/min. After the temperature reading stabilizes, take a piece of seal test paper, with the film facing up, pass it through the seal machine once, and observe the seal area. If the color of the seal area becomes darker, and the white dots/black dots are clearly and evenly distributed, it indicates that the film of the paper-plastic packaging bag is firmly bonded to the seal test paper, and the sealing equipment performs well.
